On September 30, KEPCO E&C signed an 'MOU for digital transformation to realize carbon neutrality & business development' with KEPCO KPS and KEPCO KDN.

This MOU aims to be proactively aligned with domestic and international eco-friendly and low-carbon transition, and create new business development opportunities by advancing digital-based power engineering technology.

The three entities of the MOU agreed to cooperate in areas such as △ cooperation and development for enhancing digital transformation projects based on 4th industry technologies, △ joint development, design, and implementation of investment projects and O&M related to new & renewable energy, △ cooperation in technology development, and joint participation in R&D projects to advance and revitalize the renewable energy sector.

KEPCO E&C has formed this MOU with the aim of capitalizing on the opportunity to expand its business in the new and renewable sector in alignment with the government's green energy policy by participating in power group companies’ joint business development and government projects with KEPCO KPS and KEPCO KDN.

CEO Kim Sung-Arm announced, “In response to the demands and transition of the carbon neutrality era, this MOU will mark an opportunity for the parties involved at the center of the energy technology business to play a social role in realizing carbon neutrality and lead technology.”
